Inspired by the friendship ring known as the Claddagh ring, Claddagh Coffee Company was founded by Paul and Vicky Gallagher to share their passion for truly fresh, fine coffees. For Paul and Vicky, the Claddagh symbol is a natural expression of their goals.

Traditionally, the Claddagh shows two hands (friendship) clasping a heart (love), above which appears a crown (loyalty). The qualities of friendship, love and loyalty are said to be the key ingredients in a solid marriage. (You can find a picture of a Claddagh ring at Wikipedia.)

That same devotion is mirrored in their dedication to presenting the finest coffees in the world at the most reasonable prices. Claddagh Coffee Company roasts and sells both retail and wholesale coffee. Retail coffee is sold by the true pound -- not 12 oz., not 14 oz.
